Tom Anderson, Constant Contact
Board of Directors
Tom Anderson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Constant Contact. Constant Contact is the leading company that helps small businesses, associations, and nonprofits connect with their customers, clients, and members. Additionally, Mr. Anderson serves on the Board of Directors of LeadGen LLC. LeadGen generates business leads on-line utilizing sophisticated mathematical algorithms to match consumer searches to their intended outcomes.
Mr. Anderson was an Executive Team member with SLM Corp (Sallie Mae) until December of 2007 and joined Sallie Mae through the acquisition of Upromise, where he was the President and CEO. Upromise was dedicated to helping families accumulate and save money to pay for college. Upromise became the largest private source of higher education money in the country.
Prior to Upromise, Mr. Anderson served as CEO of AmeriFee, a medical finance company owned by Capital OneŽ and prior to that he was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he was part of the leadership group of the Financial Institutions Practice. |

Karen Ebben is presently Director, Marketing Effectiveness &
Enabling Analytics for the General Motors Industry Analysis (GMIA)
Staff at GM where she leads a team responsible for three
primary functions:

The creation of marketing tools such as
predictive targeting models and behavioral segmentations

Resource Tradeoffs and measures of Brand Health. |
Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Ebben helped create the
Enterprise Customer Management group at its inception in 1999,
after holding key Advertising & Marketing Director positions
at Buick, GM Corporate Advertising & Marketing, and
Oldsmobile. |

Jim Purvis, Liberty Mutual Group
VP & Manager, Commercial Markets Marketing
Jim Purvis is head of marketing for Liberty Mutual's
Commercial Markets strategic business unit - a group of
businesses that provide commercial property and casualty
insurance and complex risk and loss management products and
services to mid-sized and large businesses. Commercial Markets
has more than 10,000 employees and revenues in excess of $6.5
billion. Since joining Liberty Mutual seven years ago, Mr. Purvis's
work has included successfully infusing information-based
marketing capabilities into the organization and creating a
new strategic business planning process.
Prior to working at
Liberty Mutual Mr. Purvis was a principal at Mercer Management
Consulting where he helped manage the firm's marketing science
practice and led major North American and European
corporations in the development and implementation of
marketing and business strategies. Mr. Purvis began his career in
1980 at Temple, Barker and Sloan, a management consulting and
research firm. |
